Hippy Hollow Last weekend
Hippy Hollow
Last weekend when I was in Austin I went to Hippy Hollow for an open water swim with Meredith O, mom and Jenny. I have heard about Hippy Hollow for years and this is the first time I have actually had occasion to go. It was fun. Whilst I maintained a modicum of modesty the entire visit, I saw plenty of people "lettin it all hang out". They were nekkid!!! Interestingly enough there are mainly men who do the nude sunbathing. But then I understand that Hippy Hollow has a core gay following so maybe we were on the gay beaches or something. I have no idea. In a weird way it was relaxing to be around people who were so relaxed. But what can I say, I still am and I fear I will always be a prude!!

Although this will be my first time, I am sooo looking forward to it. I am a child of a flower child and hopefully I will have the nerve to bare i8t. At least some of it.

We had a blast last weekend. Socializing and song was wonderful. Met new friends. Couldn't ask for more.

Stepan, that is too funny...however, since I was a recent visitor of Hippie Hollow, I may need to take exception with this observation!

Just to clarify, it's "Hippie Hollow" and not "Hippy Hollow" - although sometime it's hard to tell :-)
