Lighting the Corners of My Mind
A few days ago I posted an entry about my Grandma L and her famous homemade tortillas. The story brought back alot of memories for me and some of my readers. So this is a long distance dedication to our Grandparents. Do you have any special memories of your Grandparents? I'd love to hear them.

Patrick has misplaced nothing. He embraces a prescriptive view of grammer; I remain a staunch traditionalist and follow the guidance of wordsmith, James J Kilpatrick, who writes a weekly column entitled "The Writer's Art".

I know what Pat's reference is...Leah takes issue with the positioning of the word "only" in a sentence. Patrick has misplaced his onlys.

What is the deal with the Leah alert?

I'm sure Jonathan would have something to say, but although he can read, I don't think he can write yet. His parents haven't set him up with an internet account yet, either.
As far as my own grandparents go, I only (Leah alert!) ever knew my paternal grandfather. He was an interesting person. He did a lot, a big lot, for my family. I only wish (Leah!) he were still around to clear up many Karl genealogical questions.
