The Cheesiest

On Sunday night, I and a few of my swankiest New Jersey friends are going to dine the the Swiss way at my swanky Weehawken apartment. I am really looking forward to this event as all of the work is in the preparation. The cooking is part of the party. Thanks to my BIL and sis for the proper accoutrement for the event.

My goodness, if Stepan uses less cheese than the recipe calls for, then it must call for an extreme quantity! We've all always been totally stuffed, eaten at least three times as much as intended, and there's *still* been cheese left over.

I hope your Raclette party turns out great. BTW, you'll find out that you need much less cheese than what all the recipes call for. The amount of cheese in most recipes seems to be intended for starving cow herders.
